Cowboy Jack

Cowboy Jack. He is a Jack o Lantern Cowboy coz' why not. This is for Halloween supposedly but got busy from work so I haven't got the chance to finish it. This was done first in photoshop but I finished it in procreate since I got the chance to buy an Ipad Pro.
